On orders from countries outside the UAE, import and / or custom duties might be levied by your government. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total price. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. 14 Days returns & exchanges period
- Return shipping is FREE when exchanging product or size.
- The return shipment must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
- Contact us to organize the return and arrange a pick-up.
- When making an exchange we always ship the new product to you for FREE.
Conditions:
- Please ship products back to us in the state and manner you would wish to receive them.
- Items should be returned new, unused and in the original packaging.
- Boxes, dust bags and cards should be included in your return.
- Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.
- Send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment so that we can process the return as quickly as possible.
- We reserve the right not to accept a return if the item shows signs of wear or is used or altered from its original condition in any way. In this case, we may not reimburse at all or may reduce the amount of the refund or exchange accordingly. Unacceptable returns may be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM
The following policy applies only to Products purchased on our Website. We cannot accept returns/exchanges of Products purchased on other websites, in physical stores, or Products from countries where we do not ship merchandise directly.
For a size exchange or return, please reach out to us at info@dellapennaonline.com. We'll supply you with the appropriate exchange/return address and assist you in obtaining a different shoe size or a refund.
To qualify for an exchange or return, you must send back the items in their original, unworn condition (please test shoes on a soft surface to avoid scratches), along with the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds will be credited to your account, subject to your bank/card issuer's processing time.
